     (Downstairs and upstairs, both self-contained)

• ·      You can either rent individual rooms, as a flat or the entire house

• ·      The house was fully reconstructed in 1998 and has had further practical modifications carried out since.
• ·      The house has floor heating and plastic windows.
• ·      There is a security system that can be activated if necessary.
• ·                  Wireless Internet access (WIFI) is also available.

LOCATION  AND  POSSIBILITIES

• ·        The house is located on the edge of the village, near the forest. It has a large garden with garden furniture, where you can grill over an open campfire.
• ·        Parking is available at the front of the house or in the fenced courtyard to the side of the house.
• ·        There is a bus stop opposite the house connecting to -

(Poprad – Svit – Mengusovce –  Štôla – Vyšné Hágy – Štrbské Pleso)

• ·        Information about leisure time activities is available in several languages.

GROUND FLOOR FLAT

• ·                    Entrance hall (entrance to the flat and the lounge).

Flat with two spacious rooms (each approximately 4x5 meters) suitable for 7 people (4/3) with the possibility of extra beds

• ·        The rooms contain beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables + bedside lamps, chairs, coffee table, satellite TV and radio alarm clock.
• ·        Spacious kitchen diner, consisting of cupboards, electric cooking plate, 2 fridges, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and tea towels according to requirements.
• ·        The bathroom consists of a corner bath, two washbasins and toilet.  Bath towels are supplied.

Spacious kitchen diner consisting of cupboards, gas cooker with an electric oven, 1 large fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and tea towels according to requirements.

The bathroom consists of a corner bath, two washbasins and toilet.  Bath towels are supplied.
